Steps for Mac Users

  Test by Using GroupWise WebAccess  
     
2.
  Setup Your E-Mail Addresses  updated 6/12/08

  Forward UVSC E-Mail to the UVU System  updated 7/14/08 
     
4.
  Switch between systems (Choose 4a or 4b):  
     
4a.
  Download and unzip on your desktop  updated 7/30/08 
 
Note that these files are large (38 MB each, 55 MB each additional when unzipped) - if you are low on disk space, you shouldn't do this.

If you prefer to build the icons yourself, this video will show you how.
     
4b.
  Do the following each time to switch:  updated 7/30/08 
 
  1. Start Groupwise
  2. When the password window comes up, choose 'Cancel'
  3. Change the 'User ID' and 'Password' fields to the following:
    • UVSC E-mail
      • Old username and password
    • UVU E-mail
      • UV ID and UVLink Password
  4. In the 'Address' field enter the following:
    • UVSC E-mail
      • 161.28.140.22
    • UVU E-mail
      • 161.28.20.128
  5. The 'Port' in either case is 1677
  6. Click on 'OK'

Note:
Steps 1 through 3 in transferring your GroupWise data to the new system (Phase 3) must be done on a Windows computer using the GroupWise Client for Windows. If you choose to do these steps, you should follow the instructions as shown in the videos on the web page.
